Michelle, owner of Animal Crackers Pet Care, is just amazing. She has been caring for my little dog, Sophie, almost since I brought her home. She is visiting a few times a week to give my little girl a break. I can't express enough how caring she is and has a genuine love for animals. I feel at ease when I know she is coming to let Sophie out for potty. She is sensitive to my pup's moods, and sometimes she plays with her, and sometimes when Sophie feels like cuddling, Michelle takes time just to hold her and pet her, never rushing. She is a great communicator, sends me pictures and videos and lets me know how my little girl is doing for that day while I am at work. She is just great, and I trust her completely.
